Shinrin Yoku is
The scientifically backed Japanese tradition of ‘forest bathing’. In essence, it is a slow, mindful walk through the forest, and has been found to improve physical and mental health. What we do is inspired by Shinrin Yoku and is a guided practice known as Forest Therapy. Through a series of invitations, you will slow down, awaken your senses, and connect with the forest in a deeply personal way. In the tranquility of nature, you will experience the pleasure of stillness and quiet, and your journey through the forest may lead you back to yourself.
